Education in Africa
Education is so evident in our countries but at a lot of places in our world, it is a luxury to go to school. Therefore it is not strange that the most projects at NABUUR are about education. Especially in Africa, very less children go to school. And that while in Africa, where so much poverty is, there it is so important to create accessible and effective education. Hopefully someday the poverty can be challenged.
Effective education
Education in Africa will make people be able to develop themselves and provides the possibility to generate an income in the future. They also learn to control their own life so that they can participate in the society. Effective education in Africa also promotes the social and economic development of a country.
Also girls to school
In the places where nowadays already schools exist, there is given hardly ever education to girls. In a lot of African countries the girls help their moms at home with the housekeeping. They do not have time to go to school. To make it possible for girls to go to school there are a few things very important:
- Build schools in the neighborhood
- Flexible school-hours so the girls have also time to help at home
- Explain the parents the importance of effective education
- Repayment of school costs and free school uniforms and books
- Take care of a safe environment without
- Take care of better hygienic circumstances
Different projects
To make education possible, there is a lot more needed than just giving education. There are a lot of different projects at NABUUR with the theme education. In some situations it is about building a school and in other situations you are going to arrange a playhouse for children. So there are a lot of different project and we really can use your help!
