Your Village

1.   Only communities can register (e.g a village council, self-help group, community based organisation (CBO), association, sports foundation, church, school, hospital, social centre, co-operative, etc).
NABUUR.com does not accept registrations which aim to benefit private individuals.

Your Project

2.   NABUUR does not provide funding, nor do we encourage projects that rely solely on funding. By checking off this guideline, you agree that funding is not the sole focus of your village or project.

You as the Local Representative

3.   The community has appointed you as their representative and entitled you to represent them on the Nabuur site.
4.   You have basic computer skills and access to the internet at least two times a week.
5.   You are prepared to follow a short online training on how to use the site.
6.   You will participate actively in the online discussions with your online volunteers (Neighbours).
7.   You will write a short news message about your village every week.
8.   You have a back-up representative to replace you when you are absent for more than a few days.

By registering your Village on NABUUR, you accept these guidelines.
